The Adventures of Culco and Chacho is a children's book written by Patricia Garza Pinto and her granddaughter, Bella.
 
The book follows the story of Culco, a sweet donkey and Chacho, a Chihuaua who live on a rancho in Mexico. While they love the rancho with the four Grandmothers of Light and their orphan family,  they dream of exploring more than the rancho. One night they get their chance, and get to explore a local fiesta in the heart of Mexico, full of vibrant colors, foods, and culture. This children's book shares their colorful adventures as well as the wisdom of the grandmothers who lovingly look over them.
