       Recently I had a breakdown where I was close to dying emotionally and physically. I have known Patricia for years as a      colleague and friend. I called her up in a very hopeless and         compromised place & when I reached out to her in my state,      she didn't blink. I experienced her make room in her life to meet me and help carry me for a time.

She showered me with love and I got to experience what being immersed in her lifestyle and Divine heart energy did to support my broken spirit in that depth of despair. There aren't really words to explain how or why I was able to get so much from my experience with her; I only know the way I felt shifted and I was able to find hope again and get into action again.

I am now on an upward swing from a downward spiral and the catalyst to my change started at my stay with Patricia.

Yesterday I had the great pleasure of experiencing Reiki healing with Patricia. She truly helped heal my energy. There are few words to describe how healing it can be, how much of your world is molded by where your internal energy is. Not everyone possesses the gifts Patricia is blessed with, creating awareness and calm, allowing the release of things that have kept me blocked.

I had such a great weekend up in the mountains of Idyllwild and spent time with such an amazing SiStar, mentor, and friend! Walking into The Eagle's View Healing Sanctuary, something amazing happened! I burst into tears spontaneously. Never in ,my life have I ever done that... I was fulled with so much love, gratitude, and compassion that it was so healing to just be there in her home and with such a gifted healer; it was like coming home!

I signed up early for the Divine Mountain Retreat with few expectations but the promise of spiritual and physical renewal in the wonderful Idyllwild mountains kept me looking forward to it. I was absolutely blown away by the experience which included some of the best food I've ever eaten, introductions to a cacao ceremony, a land blessing, an evening of conscious movement, a deceptively simple yet powerful rock scraping meditation, hiking, stretching and sharing with the other women there.

Although we were a diverse group, Patricia made the space safe and comfortable as she encouraged us to get to know each other on a deeper lever. It was also incredibly fun with spontaneous music, dancing, dining out and more! I have been to many retreats and have left with a "retreat high" from a few of them which was inevitably forgotten as I got back to real life. This time, I brought home (and have sustained) healthy eating habits, a positive attitude and connections which I hope to keep for a long time.
